In the wake of the transformation of the group, which generated changes in terms of the support functions and at the level of the group ISD created in 2010.
In 2012, the ISD wanted to have a better overall vision of its group and so called in Business At Work to carry out an assignment to support the way it was run.
To begin with, the Business At Work teams conducted a diagnosis of the group’s organisation and the governance of the ISD. They then launched the Cockpit project to implement a PMO unit dedicated to running the Group ISD.
