The main issues facing a Board can be summarised as:

  • Having knowledge of the company’s market and its likely development
  • Ensuring optimum alignment of the organisation to best serve clients
  • Achieving corporate growth and profitability targets
To respond to these issues effectively, the Board relies on input from the various departments reporting to it (Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) as well as excellence from them in implementing the corporate strategy, and having the foresight required to cope with a changing business environment.

To ensure the company is aligned with market requirements, the Board can implement transformation projects of varying sizes for which external support and management remain the best guarantee of success by benefiting from feedback provided by proven experience and transformation accelerators.
  • Increasingly complex environment:  competition, business and regulatory developments, economic uncertainty
  • Need for agility to respond to future challenges: the organisation and its processes must be able to adapt quickly
  • Transformation projects: necessary to ensure the company is aligned with its own aims
  • Need for real-time management information: to be able to respond effectively and facilitate anticipation
