The SAP 2022 #Hack2build for Green<\/strong> is an event that takes place over 5 intense days. On this occasion, a mixed team was formed between technicians and engineers from BAW and Mendix<\/strong> in order to work on an application solution for sustainable supply chain users.<\/strong><\/p>\n This type of event is gaining more and more ground in the world of information and communication technologies because of its innovative and disruptive character.<\/strong> The objective is to create a solution to solve problems with experimental solutions<\/strong>. It is an opportunity to encourage creativity, teamwork and reflection<\/strong> through challenges and playful but above all committed proposals.<\/p>\n Investors, shareholders, regulators and consumers are all demanding responsibly produced products and services with a smaller environmental footprint<\/strong>. Reducing global emissions, waste and social injustice requires a full life cycle approach. All stakeholders are concerned: more than 90 trillion dollars will be invested in infrastructure by 2030<\/strong>, more than 60 regulatory projects, strong demand from new talent, especially from generation Z, demand from consumers.<\/p>\n In the past, companies had to choose between profitability and sustainability. Now they must do both. The objectives of this hackathon are to offer SAP customers innovative applications that meet these sustainability and CSR requirements.
