Client: The second largest French automobile manufacturer in automobile competition, and especially in Formula 1, carries the commitments of one of the major automobile groups in France. It has developed a unique know-how in terms of design and development of engines. 550 employees.


Context: Our client wishes to review the organization of its outsourcing in order to improve the quality of service provided to users, to optimize the cost of maintenance in operational conditions, to ensure the application maintenance, and to increase the capacities of evolutions of the IS, and meet the requirements of reactivity.


  • User support (levels 1 and 2)
  • Level 3 functional assistance to key users
  • Application maintenance, corrective and development

  • Technical expertise and assistance to technical administration

  • Over 250 completed and delivered projects since 2012
  • MCO / TMA: 500 tickets / month – with 90% of incidents resolved within 1 day
  • Increase in the use value of application evolutions
