Innovation at BAW

Business At Work won the “Innovation” prize at the ESN & ICT 2022 Awards presented by Numeum and KPMG.

This award recognises the innovative approach pursued by the company since its creation. The resultant strategy combines Open Innovation and agility. It was rebranded in 2016 as ‘BK’ for Business Knowledge, to bring together and motivate the whole company in its implementation.

Our History

In 2012, we joined and signed the United Nations Global Compact programme, which calls on participating organisations to voluntarily align their strategies with the 10 founding principles relating to: human and labour rights, environmental protection, the fight against discrimination and support for UN initiatives. Through this pact, we are committed to promote sustainable development, responsible citizenship and convey a set of specific values to the major universal principles.

In 2017, we joined the Great Place To Work programme, to put employee well-being at the heart of the company’s concerns. The Great Place To Work programme evaluates participating companies based on a survey of employees, and helps companies in their development efforts to become a better place to work.

CSR Committments


Our organisational culture promotes social cohesion by respecting individuals at all levels: layout of work spaces, development of internal communication, access to training, the fight against discrimination or the implementation of solidarity projects.


Business at Work seeks to save and conserve natural resources by changing raw material consumption or production processes.


Business At Work includes its CSR commitment the support of several associations by encouraging its employees to participate in charity races for example. These investments are fully supported by Business At Work, thus helping to finance the various causes defended by these actions.
