Supporting the Agence of Bio Medecine in the GBCP reform – Budgetary and accounting management of the State

The Agence of Biomedicine is a public institution involved in the field of organ, tissue and cell removal and transplantation, as well as in the fields of procreation, embryology and human genetics

 Context :

A few months before the GBCP reform comes into force, which radically modifies the budgetary management of public establishments, the Agence de la biomédecine calls on Business at Work to stabilise the SAP ERP and to ensure that it is operational and adapted to the structure’s challenges by 1 January 2017 (the date on which the GBCP comes into force).  

Missions :  

• Analysis of impacts and required changes 
• Implementation of the changes and the associated changeover plan
• Carrying forward of budgets and recovery of customer & supplier SNPs,
• Implementation of corrective actions
• Maintenance

• • Hosting of SAP and Solution Manager environments 
  • Third-party technical operation and SAP administration 
  • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance and project mode
  • User support
  • Ticket management

Duration of the mission : 6 months + ongoing maintenance

Challenge : Evolve the ERP without losing the existing system

Results :    

• An implementation that was well anticipated and allowed the Biomedicine Agency to be confident about its tools on the date the GBCP came into force
• Successful takeover of client and supplier SNPs
