Mantu announces the acquisition of Business At Work (BAW)

[December 11th 2025] – International consulting group Mantu today announces the acquisition of Business At Work (BAW), a recognized player in the digital transformation of business processes and a trusted partner for ERP & EPM solutions.

For more than twenty years, BAW has supported Finance, Operations, IT and executive teams in sustainably optimizing their performance. Its positioning and capabilities naturally complement Mantu’s offering, creating strong synergies across the group. The acquisition also brings a robust portfolio of technology alliances with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan and IFS, as well as a Digital Factory dedicated to designing, industrializing, and operating innovative digital solutions.
